The quest to find the murderer of her sister takes her into a very shadowy realm where things are not like as they look. The clue was a cryptic message which was on the cell phone of Mac. Time when her sister gets killed with a unified clue of her death, Mac set off on her journey to find the answers. That is what she thinks until something extraordinary takes place. In simpler worlds, she is the perfect ordinary woman from the 21 st century. She has got some excellent friends, a reasonable job and a car which breaks down after every few days. You will be at times annoyed with the vocal gestures of Joyce and the lack of inflections. The selection of Joyce was not justified considering the type of characters this novel has as compared to her voice. Moreover, her Bloodfever is also a very engaging novel. If you want to try one novel from Karen Marie Moning then it must be her Kingdom of Shadow and Light. She is an American novelist where a number of her literary pieces have appeared in the bestselling list of New York Times. This is the first chapter of the Fever novel series.
